I know going to a new stylist can be nerve-wracking.
Flourish is a single chair salon located within the Mills in downtown Newmarket. There are a lot of awesome businesses and restaurants to check out, but I want to make it easy for you to find me on your first visit. Below you will find all the information you will need upon your first arrival.
Parking & Location
There is plenty of parking in front of the mill building. If you are in for a short appointment feel free to park on the street which is two hour parking. I suggest for a longer appointment to park in the lot where Aroma Joes is. Either next to or behind it.
You will enter through the North Main Street door (pictured below). Take the stairs to your right down to the first floor. Turn right and head down the hallway. Pass the restrooms on your right and Flourish suite 122 will be a few doors down on the same side.

What to expect at your appointment
Once you have arrived we'll have an in depth consultation about your hair history, current at home hair care, and styling process. We will go over the details of your first visit, and also your long-term goals as well. We will also go over any inspirational pictures you may have at this time.

I will then come up with our plan for the day and go over each step with you to ensure we are on the same page, and you are feeling confident with the direction. I will always be upfront and honest with you as not all hair dreams can be achieved in one day, but we can get started and head in that direction. My main focus is to keep the integrity of your hair healthy and strong.

Then the fun begins and all you have to do is sit back and relax. I have complimentary WiFi, tea, snacks, a phone charger suitable for multiple types of phones, and great music. Your job is to just enjoy yourself!
At the end of your appointment I will go over everything I used, and any recommendations I have for your at home care between appointments.

fill out the Digital Consultation Form or request an appointment.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
In the event you may need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. If an appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour period you will be charged a 30% fee of your total scheduled services to your card put on file.

If you no show your scheduled appointment you will be charged 60% of your total scheduled services to the card put on file.
