Guest Experience

Flourish is located within the Mills. There are a lot of awesome businesses and restaurants to check out, but I want to make it easy for you to find me on your first visit!

You will enter through the Main Street North door (the one pictured below). Take the stairs down to the first floor. Turn right and head down the hallway, Pass the bathrooms and Flourish suite 122 will be on your right.

Want to know what to expect when you sit down in my chair?

There is plenty of parking in front of the Mill building. If you are in for a short appointment feel free to park on the street. I suggest for a longer appointment to park in the Aroma Joes parking lot. There are designated visitor spots there.

Once you have arrived we'll have an in depth consultation about your hair history, your current at home hair care, and your styling process. We will go over the details of your first visit, and also your long term goals as well. Please feel free to bring any pictures you have of your dream hair! I want to see them all.

I will then come up with our plan for the day and go over each step with you to ensure we are on the same page. I will always be upfront and honest with you as not all hair dreams can be achieved in one day, but we can get started and head in that direction. My main focus is to keep the integrity of your hair healthy and strong.

Then the fun begins and all you have to do is sit back and relax. I have free WiFi and a phone charger.Your job is to just enjoy yourself. Unfortunately at this moment due to covid protocol I do not have tea and snacks available. Hopefully down the road that will change.

At the end of your appointment I will go over everything I used, and any recommendations I have for your at home care between appointments.

Then it's time for a photoshoot! It will be a fun laid back up to 10 minute shoot to show off your amazing new hair. Be sure to tag @flourishsalonnh in your selfies so I can see your gorgeous pictures.

Anytime you book online it will go in as a request. If it is your first time booking with me I will contact you within 24 hours via email. I will go over what you are looking to have done to be sure the services and timing is correct. It is important to me to be sure we have the appropriate amount of time for you. So please be sure to leave your email address so I can contact you. Then it's a date and I will see you at your scheduled appointment!

Cancellation Policy

In the event you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hour notice to avoid a fee. If an appointment is changed or cancelled after the 24 hour period, you will be charged a 50% fee of your scheduled services.

 

With the exception of an emergency, if you no show your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of your services. In order to book any further appointments this will need to be paid in full. 

SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
